22 BR vs 90 grains VLD

I have read in some posts about the use of Berger 90 grains VLD projectiles, that at high speeds they have jacket failure, despite the moderate speed that the 223 caliber achieves (around 2850 fps).
I obtained excellent results using them in Fclass 300 yards tests in the TR category with 223 Remington. at 2680 FPS
I thought about also using it in the Open category.
I would like to test them in the 22 BR caliber, but if it has this limitation, I won't waste time.
What is the opinion of those who have already tried it?

For 7 twist 300k spin is 3000 fps.


For 8 twist it is 3500 fps.

Here's the thing. Berger says it's "marginally stability". I don't get it. If you shoot the bullet at the same rpms it should have the same stability.

To answer the question, they seem to shoot very well.
