22 BR no turn neck OD ?

Long story very short, Going to add a 22BR to my Savage system and would appreciate some input on the "no turn" neck OD of a 22 BR to check the check the reamer Specs. of the "smith" cutting the chamber and ordering Redding beck die bushings.

I run a .255" neck on my no turn 22 Dashers and it works well. For a bushing I use a 248 as my loaded rounds measure .251"

Edit: you could get by with a .254" if that's all the smith has

My .252" reamer is a skim cut required neck diameter. You can fire a virgin case, but if there's any carbon you'll get high pressure.
