22 BR minimum acceptable breech diameter

Aside from a hoop strength calculator, I'm wondering if there is some standardized/industry accepted minimum for breech diameter for the 22 BR?

Thread pitch comes into play. 1" is safe. Fine pitch 18-20) 15/16th would probably work but I wouldn't go smaller than 1"

Edit; I'll add that if you're going small then other design factors will probably be in play.
