Unhappy 22-6mm

I received a new barrel chambered in 22-6mm, 7 twist to shoot 90 gr vlds for an t/c Encore Pro Hunter but I can't get it to group. I have tried RL 15, RL 22, H1000, H4350, Winchester supreme 780, with different seating depths. Today I did some chamber measurements. The 6mm Remington case necked to 224 length is 2.225, using the Sinclair chamber length gage with the new barrel, length is 2.267 0.042 difference most other chambers I have measure show a difference of 0.004 to 0.006. My question from the hide shooters would this be the reason I have 2" plus accuracy. After firing the case goes into the barrel so far I have trouble ejecting the fired case. I need some expert advice.
