22-6 mm die question

I'm curious about the bushing dies like the Redding type-S or other brands with the interchangeable neck bushing inserts. Can I use one of those regular 6mm Rem body or neck die with the correct neck bushing for the amount of tension wanted for my 22-6mm neck sizing? It is the 224TTH chambering done at SSS so the regular 6mm Rem shoulder angle is kept. The action is a single shot bolt action so magazine function isn't involved. I've been using the Hornady 22-6mm custom die set but that still leaves me having to turn necks to adjust grip/tension. My understanding is to measure a fired case and order bushings a few thousands below that. If that would even work of course. I just found some new 6mm Rem brass and would like to keep from neck turning it all down more than just to clean up for concentricity. Thanks for any comments or suggestions.

I have a 22-6mm AI and I use a 6mm AI die with the proper sized bushing for necking it down to 22 caliber. One thing I like about using the bushing die is I can neck it down in two steps with 0 case loss. For seating I use a 22-250 AI die, in your case a standard 22-250 seater should work.

I guess my concern was that necking the cartridge down with the same shoulder angle moves the neck base forward in relation to the std 6mm Rem design and wondered if the bushing would crush down too far while sizing the neck. I think that is how I was figuring Murphy into it.
