In rifles all mine loved H414,ww760 is virtually the same thing so I'd be tempted to try it.At the Cold Turkey shoot in Wyoming (pistol and revolvers only)a lot of us would get on the subject of powder and what worked and believe it or not, going against conventional wisdom. Slower than normally used powders actually worked out very well in small caliber and pistol length barrels. I actually was using H4350 in my 17ppc at 1000 yards and hitting paper in 28mph gusts. I envy you going after rockchucks with a pistol, I have shot a few in Gunnison with my 617 and 20 Tac and truly miss hunting in Colorado. I bet you have some N140 that might just surprise you. Will definitely be curious to see how you do.

I have not had any 4064 in a long while. Maybe it is time.If youve got IMR-4064, 35.2gns was magic with 50gn vmax in 4 different barrels.
This was maybe 10 years ago now before I moved to the 22BR, but I recall 4064 being better. I think 4064 has been basically extinct for a few years now. Just to add to my previous comment, it was Bartlein and Kreiger barrels, 18” long - a little longer than standard TC or XP barrels.I have not had any 4064 in a long while. Maybe it is time.
Thanks

I wonder if VarGet will work? It is close to 4064 isn't it?

So you're expected to "possess" 4 gutpiles from halfway up a hill, that have fallen between the rocks? And how can you possess 4 with a limit of 2? Are those Colorado lawmakers clueless? We know the answer to that.Thank you.
I have N140 and N150, and of course H4350
I mostly hunt rock chucks in ID. Colorado has a limit of 2 each day, And......... a possession limit of 4???????
The ski towns and metro areas are full of dingle berries, nuff said.
