22-250 when to FL resize

I am getting excellent accuracy with my 22-250, sub-1/4" at 100 yards consistantly. What I am wondering is that even with mild loads and only neck sizing the brass with a FL die, I will have a slight heavy bolt lift when extracting the rounds. The brass has 8-12 firings on it and I have annealed the necks once. I don't want to run them thru the FL die and run a chance of loosing the fire form fit, would a body die be the answer or am I getting worried about nothing with the FL die and when would I need to bump the shoulder if at all..

Thanks in advance.

Bob: I usually have to set the shoulders back after 3 or 4 firings when I start to get hard bolt lift, and I only "shorten" the headspace length by .002", as fired headspace is 1.560" and I'll bump it back to 1.558". Winchester brass is lasting from 10 to 12 loadings before I start to see the ring at the case head indicating impending case head seperation. If you're getting that many loadings, you must be doing everything right. I'm using the standard RCBS 2 die set, not my usual Redding neck bushing dies. "Standard" load is 35.5 H4895 w/ 50 v-max for "live" tgts. and the 53 gr. Sierra #1400 for paper.

Sorry I should have mentioned that I trim the brass to 1.90" and C.O.L. is 2.460" this may seem short to most however it drives tacks in this barrel. No signs of incept case head seperation at all and my pet load is 35.3 grns of IMR 4064 pushing a 52grn match varmint bullet. I have looked at Sinclare and the body die looks to be the ticket for sizing and not altering the neck.
