I am wanting to rechamber a Ruger #1 in .223 Rem to the 22-250. Will that .255" neck cut a chamber that allows factory 22-250 to chamber?

Yes, it is a SAAMI spec so no turn neck. Made for SAAMI Spec ammunition.

would there be any issues recutting a 223 Rem to a 22-250? I have a #1 in that chambering with a 1:8" twist that I would like to turn into a 22-250 for Rockchuck hunting here in SW Idaho.
