22/250 neck turning

When turning lapua 22/250 brass standard chamber
1- should I turn the whole neck or just the high spots
2- what would be thinnest the neck could go without causing problems

If you are just doing a cleaning to get rid of high spots then around a .0015 should clean about 80 percent of the outer surface and for a factory gun that is enough.. Go right to the shoulder unless you have a cutter ground to the angle of the shoulder in which case you cut very slightly into the shoulder just to blend.
