22-250 Load data 40 gr

Im looking to see If anyone is loading 40 gr using CFE223 or H380 in a 22-250. I have lots of CFE223 and H380

I hope you have a 14 twist barrel or so. Ive found light bullets and 22 250 love reloader 15. I never dropped down below 52 grain bullet tho.

I think ive hhheeaarrd of H380 used before, but not so much the cfe223. Neither of the two do i have experience with in the 22 250.

Looks like H380 is too slow for 40s, but the CFE should work fine.

Benchmark if you can find it. H380 is used for 22-250 lots. There’s hodgdon recipe for it. However benchmark will make that little pill fly. Look at the other recipe....
