22-250 Ackley loads with IMR4350

I have some 75 and 80gr A-max bullets and some Imr 4350.
Was thinking of 37-38gr range? Anyone out there have any impute. Not noob so I know about difference in case cap. etc. Shooting REM brass which is tighter than WRA brass. Thanks

For those bullet weights in a 1-8 barrel longish .224' barrel;
might I suggest some powders that are even slower than 4350 ?
Such as: RL-19, AA3100 or similar.

You can more-closely approach max load densities w/ such powders in this size case; and you might find best groups there, velocity considerations aside ).

I shoot a mild load of 37.5 grains of H-4350 with 75 grain A-maxs in a 8 twist Pac-Nor barreled 22/250 AI with Federal brass so you should be good with IMR-4350 and those weights....

I have a .22-250 A.I. Kreiger 1 in 8' that shoots 80grn. Hornady A-Maxes combined with RL 22 into little holes. It works great on PA groundhogs as well.

Well guys I got up too 40gr with IMR 4350. Primer started to slightly flatten. I stick my 75 A-max out to COL 2.624 next is 4831SC. Thinking of starting at about 41gr but not sure yet more research to go. Also will load sum 80GR A-maxes too.

well up to 43.0 GR 4831 SC with no pressure signs and 3350FPS. I think this is pretty good with a 75 Gr A-max. I might venture a little higher but much slower tenth at a time.
