I have 4 different Neck Turning Lathe Arbor set ups that all contain extra pieces and are set up for different calibers. All four start up and run just fine and have been tested. Parts are included in the plastic bags along with the company card for all but #4. The electrical cords are included with all four.

This sale is for a 21St Century Shooting Power Neck turning Lathe with Arbor.
Lightly used. Powers up and adjusts properly.
This one has a .204 (20 Cal or 5.2mm) neck/turning arbor, .473 shell holder and a 35-degree cutter.
It is setup for 20 BR Remington, but you can purchase another item from 21st Century to change that.
These were optional when purchased.
