21st century cutter head tool/lathe??

Purchase a cutter head and lathe from the classifieds here, each from different seller. The cutter head dosent have any hole to mount the pivot screw in lathe. Is it just an older model cutter head? Has anyone drilled and tapped there own for propper mounting in the lathe?I've emailed 21st twice with no response.

Every time I have attempted to call 21st Century I got through, with John answering the phone. Emails were returned timely. Should be a simple enough solution to drill and tap.

That does make me want to buy more stuff from them (their new primer tool is calling my name). The customer service is great, but their products are outstanding.

I almost brought that lathe base (I think it was that one a week or so ago?), but since I only neck turn for a few calibers that use Lapua cases, I let it go (the cases will last longer than the barrel I suspect). Now I'm wishing I had have bought it......

That's normal customer service from John. Wish everybody had his attitude. The Farley's could use some lessons from him in customer service relations.

Josh is rock solid in my book. He's not all about the dime and pushing his products like some. He's more concerned with a happy customer and a good product. Great guy!

If you need a different cutter or case head, you will have it in a couple days. Not a week or so like some. Great service and will help over the phone.

I just received the lathe kit and think it is going to make the dreaded task of turning brass almost fun. I like the way it is setup to fine tune the depth stop on the shoulder cut. I spoke with John on the phone and he was very helpful and he answered on the first call. I changed my original order a little and they definitely took good care of me. I also got the primer tool and both are very high quality construction. I don't think there is anything better out there for these tools. My previous primer tool was a Lee which served me well for years but for loading the precision rounds this is the ticket.
