215 Berger Hybrid load development ?

308 FTR load....Got everything ready in the rifle and gonna start load development. I really like Erik Kortina's 100 yard method. Question is....what seating depth should I start with in the Hybrids to do initial powder charge groups with? 10 thou off the lands since it is not a VLD design?

I would try .020" off, find your best ES & grouping, then adjust seating depth. My Hybrid loads, both 180 7mm and 230 caliber .30, are pretty tolerant of seating depth, as long as the seating is consistent.
