210gr Berger VLD Match - 300 Win Mag load

Hi guys
First time poster to this fantastic web site. I was just wondering if anyone out there has had any success with 210gr match vld bergers out of their 300 Win mag. Currently im using 72.7 grains of RL22 jammed 10 thou into the lands, CCI magnum primers and RWS brass. They are being shot out of a Unique Alpine TPG1.
I was curious as to what success you guys have had out there with this combination or any other combination for that matter. Did you find these bullets like to be seated deep into the lands or seated far off the lands. This is basically just a fact finding mission to see what brings best results from various rifles.
Thanks for all your time and help guys

Winchester Model 70. Shilen barrel. 77g H1000, R-P brass, .005 off lands. In the warmer months, I have to back off to 76.5 grains otherwise bolt lift gets a little sticky. Its a hunting rifle so I have not tried jamming the bullets.

Savage 110, 10 tw McGowen @ 26", Norma brass, CCI mag primers. I also shoot 76.5 gr of H1000. I shoot 210 VLD's jammed .0010. This load has shot a couple .3 groups @ 600 yards. I more constant velocity with H1000 than I did with R22.

Ray,
I wanna say my velocity is about 3000 fps. I am not 100% sure, I will try to find my notes and reply here.

You mentioned RWS. Here is the max loads in the same rifle, powder, and 210's. RWS 75.2, Win 77, Norma 78.2. RWS is thick so work up to 76 h-1000 grains and watch for pressure. I got less than .5" groups with all three of those loads, the Norma and Win both ran 2940 and RWS was 2860.
