20x47 lapua dies??

Can anyone tell me what my options are for a set of dies for a 20x47? I saw that whidden makes custom dies, I have heard others use a 6x47 lapua FL bushing die with bushing changed out(bushing size?) but not sure about bullet seater? I am looking to full length resize and would like a micrometer seater.
Any helps greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Brandon

You can have your gunsmith ream a 204R SS micro die with the chambering reamer to get what you want very easily. IMO, the reamer should be run in about .025 deep so that the die won't be too tight. For a sizing die, you can do what has been suggested, but the best solution is a custom die by Whidden or CH4D. Be sure to spec the neck diameter you want if you know it. Also, go ahead & order an extra barrel or 2 - they ain't gonna last very long in that caliber;). Have fun!

Thanks for your replies! I think trying a set of whidden dies is a good plan. I'm sure I won't get a lifetime out of this barrel, but for 350 and a chamber job I think the 600 rounds or so will be a bunch of fun. If I kill 50 hogs a year with it that's 10+ years. Not a bad investment of fun if you ask me. Heck, people have no trouble these days buying a $50k 3/4 ton pickup that will be worth a 1/4 of that in 10 years...and that's just to pull their Pop up camper...

I was just kidding you a little about the barrels, of course, but it will be a fairly short life. What kind of performance do you expect from this rifle?

just be sure to keep access to the reamer, to hell with barrel life, hot rod 20 cals are a boatload of fun. I've got a 20br now and once it's cooked I'm going to the 20x47, the current BR runs the 39 blitzkings at 4300, I'm thinking 4600 possibly with the x47

I had a 20br for a few years, I ran the 39 grain blitzking at 4050. It sure hammered the groundhogs. Accuracy was fantastic. Last year I built a walking mid/long range deer rifle for on my farm in 257 weatherby. I am running the 80 grain TTSX at 3910 fps. That thing got me excited again on the super fast /flat cartridges again so the 20x47 plan was born. I plan to try the 55 gr bergers and 55 grain Blackhole bullets. And yes, I did buy my own reamer I expect it within next two weeks....I may need it a few times!
