20BR neck diameter????

Well I've asked a bunch of you guys via PM's
to give me info for the 20BR I'm having Kevin Rayhill
twist up for me=
I'm still at a loss for the diameter of the neck = as I was=
am hoping for a doable no turn=
many have said just get over a no turn and do a little clean-up
and for that a .235 neck would be ideal=
Others have said you need a .237 if you want no turn=
I need to determine this asap as Kevin is looking for a reamer now=
also anyone got a good 20BR reamer they'd rent out=??

PS = barrel is a Hart HV 27" 9 twist= going on a Savage BR model 12 dual port=

Both of mine are .236 no turn.

By the time I neck down 6mmBR Lapua to 204 and seat a bullet, I have an outside dia of .233. I would get a .235 neck if you want a no-turn and you have a .002" release. My neck size is .2325 and I turn my necks on my 20BR.
