204 AR seating depth

I have a AR in the 204 Ruger, im loading the 39gr Sierra, for you guys that are loading and shooting these, what are you seating these at?, i suspect its magazine length but wanted to check, its quite a big jump from magazine length to the lenght to the lands, thanks

You dont get to choose seating depth in an AR. Its magazine length or nothing.

and the 0.100" free bore makes it a really big jump. You can always single load with a Bob Sled.

Window the front of the magazine.
You'll need a steel one for this.
In my 6x45 I've seated as far as 2.37"
