The Mid/Long-Range High Power Match season at AEDC in Tullahoma, TN will get underway next month. These matches are all NRA Approved. The Mid-Range State Championship will be a Registered match.
Our opportunities at AEDC (Arnold AFB) are somewhat limited this year since National Guard activites take priority over our requests for time on the range. Nonetheless, the current schedule is as follows:
4 April: 3x20x1000 Long Range
5 July: 3x20x1000 Long Range
30 August: 3x20x600 Mid Range
5/6 September: Tennessee Mid-Range Highpower State Championship (6x20x600 over two days) (dates to be confirmed)
The programs for the mid and long range matches are attached. The program for the Mid-Range State Championship is in process.
Who: MidSouth Marksmen will run these matches (Tim and Jim - your favorites are back for yet another year)
What: Mid and Long-Range Highpower matches (not XTC).
Where: Arnold Engineering Development Center in Tullahoma, TN (directions to the range are in the programs).
When: Check in opens at 7:30 am CDT and closes at 8:30 am CDT. There is absolutely no reason to arrive before 7:30.
How: Please see the attached programs.
I will also use this thread to post scores of the matches once completed.
