Matt, is NRA Rule 9.1.1 applied at SWN ?

I plan to enter the Any division.

Am I required to use the same rifle in all matches or can I shoot the Palma matches with my Palma rifle ? Not that I will be in contention any way but just curious if I entered as Any division if I was required by 9.1.1 to use the same rifle in all matches of the aggregate.

Simplicity says shoot the any rifle with irons in the Palma matches but I was curious if it was required.

Thank you for the question Jeff. You have three options, and the registration will make you choose one.

The first option is to shoot a Palma Gun on the palma day, Irons on the any/irons day, and any rifle on the any day.

The second option is to shoot the palma gun the entire match

The third is to enter the Optic class, which is basically shooting an any rifle the entire match (the optic class is it's own class and is not eligible for the sling grand agg, but will have awards for the class).

Does that make sense. Below is a screenshot of the question in the registration.

The mid range match questions asks for long range classification. I marked my long range because that is what it asked for, then put in note below what my mid range actually is. I hope this gets caught and taken care of. I believe that I’m in for both.

I got the Mid Range registration, but ended up on the waiting list on the Long Range. Only managed to get in front my computer 2h20min after begining of the registration.
I hope I can get it to LR too...

I received emails of acceptance for both. However, I received the 600 email twice. Maybe I’m one of those idiots that double registered! I’m too old for these compute games.

Good to hear the list is short. I'm in for the 600, but on the waitlist for the grand agg.
Same here. I wonder if there would be room for a "Wait List Team" for Palma team match for those who are in the 600 and out for the Agg? I will have a new grandson to come visit but would make the trip more worthwhile to shoot at least two days.

After the smoke clears, will you release a “Waitlist” so those of us that got in late know where we’re at as far as possibility getting in. Thanks
