Congratulations Dave and Steve! Mind-boggling how you two can keep things centered on target with all that stuff that was going on between the end of the barrel and the target! Truly amazing!
I would also like to thank Andy, Eric and the whole crew at Williamsport for an incredibly smooth and well run match it always is every year. I didn’t do so well this year but I did have a great time as always and got to meet a few new friends and visit some old ones. Thanks also to the sponsors that provided incredibly nice prizes. I want to Thank the whole crew at the open and all the shooters for making Sara and I feel so welcome, I wish I had made this trip years ago, being able to shake hands and put faces with the many folks I have talked to for ten years was the highlight,
We are 50 miles from home as I type, my girl needed to pick up some things for our match next weekend so I’m sitting in the parking lot, we are already making plans to visit again in 2025.

My congratulations to all of the competitors Especially Dave, Steve and Joe what an outstanding performance. IMO this was the smoothest run open since I have been competing at Williamsport. My thanks to the club officers for all of their hard work, a monster shout out to the pit crew for an absolutely incredible job and also Ryan Miller for putting two days in the box under some oppressive conditions. What a wonderful shoot, thank you all!

Ryan did an incredible job this past weekend.WOW And made it fun for everyone. Weather was hot and the wind was, well Williamsport. That’s what makes it fun for all, it humbled a lot and made a few who kind of understands it shine. I do believe though, that the bowling ball might have been closest to center.

For all, it should be noted that Dave a good friend of mine kicked but shooting a 17lb rifle. Number 1 in Sundays HG class. That is quite the accomplishment for a shooter and rifle. For those who don’t think they have a chance against a 100lb HG you might want to rethink. It’s all about the shooter, the barrel and the bullets. Congratulations my friend.
