Who won the under-100 division

What target do you shoot at 100 yards? How large are the scoring rings?

The target (A-33) for 100 yards has the following dimensions:
10 ring: 1.045"
9 ring: 2.245"
8 ring: 3.445"

There are additional rings, however I just listed the top three.

For an "x", the shot must be completely inside the 10-ring so it would be just under 1".

Scoring for all shots except the X are leading edge. For an X, the shot must be inside the 10 ring but cannot go into the black of the 9-ring.
