2020 - the year of the reevaluation

In the summer of 2019, at the range all sweaty and sore-thumbed after a satisfying day of shooting 9mm I thought about leaving that brass on the ground because I couldn't reload it cheaper.

Thank God I picked that brass up. It sucks to single load, but it sure beats not loading at all!

I got my first 9mm about July. I started picking up range brass weeks before I even got the gun. Collected over 700.
About the time I got my gun, range brass dried up. Finally I did something smart. That doesn’t happen too often.

I gave up shooting & reloading 223 'cause the darn bullets were too small to pick up with my fingers... moved on to 6mm instead.

Feel the same about 9's, why I stuck with .40S&W & .45ACP instead.

Getting too old for the 44RM though, makes my hand hurt after too few rounds to make reloading worthwhile....

To each they're own, at least we still have a choice for what interests us... for the time being.
