For some reason they're (provisionally) copying 300 meter international into highpower????????????

They used to have 300 meter in the old books. There are some 300 Meter matches being run around the country. ( very few mind you but there are some)
I held several here in Memphis over the last few years.

I thought there was a separate 'International Rifle' book. I don't see it right now. Maybe consolidating was the point?

I don't really care, I was just surprised to see 300M added in there.

I see in 17.1. it says Etarget certification starts Jan . 2021. What does that mean for this year. Anything goes? Am I reading this correctly?

I haven't paid any attention to that subject.
Hopefully, someone who has will answer.

Here is a quote from Aaron Farmer, Deputy Director of Competitions, on the etargets for this year, from a thread on the National Match Forum:

Thanks George! I am almost done with the 15 rule books being edited. If someone has suggestions on the wording of things please present it to me and I can take it to the committee meeting and work on getting it changed. I apologize that I thought the statement in 17 would suffice about the etargets but no, there is not a list as of yet. I have had conversations with companies on this and will keep in touch with them this year to try and facilitate. I am still sanctioning matches with etargets at this time. Hopefully they still meet the requirements that are setforth in the book.

Thanks. Look's the same as last year again.

I'm just happy to see them showing the changes as such... used to be they just published the new rules, and you had to compare them damn near line by line to be able to tell what had added, deleted or re-worded. Hallelujah!
