They used to have 300 meter in the old books. There are some 300 Meter matches being run around the country. ( very few mind you but there are some)
I held several here in Memphis over the last few years.
I thought there was a separate 'International Rifle' book. I don't see it right now. Maybe consolidating was the point?
I don't really care, I was just surprised to see 300M added in there.
I see in 17.1. it says Etarget certification starts Jan . 2021. What does that mean for this year. Anything goes? Am I reading this correctly?

Here is a quote from Aaron Farmer, Deputy Director of Competitions, on the etargets for this year, from a thread on the National Match Forum:
Thanks George! I am almost done with the 15 rule books being edited. If someone has suggestions on the wording of things please present it to me and I can take it to the committee meeting and work on getting it changed. I apologize that I thought the statement in 17 would suffice about the etargets but no, there is not a list as of yet. I have had conversations with companies on this and will keep in touch with them this year to try and facilitate. I am still sanctioning matches with etargets at this time. Hopefully they still meet the requirements that are setforth in the book.
