The old VHA Midwest Regional is still alive and well as the MWVMS Midwest Regional. It was held May 5th in Wabash, IN with 44 shooters registering a total of 85 guns. Due to popular demand, the match shot the 400 yard targets first, then the 300 yard and finally the 100 yard. The complete wipe-out of 400 yard bullet hole visibility at the ToadWalker match at Wabash in April generated enough concern to revise the 15 year old match format.

Sarah Sickmeyer fired the first ever 4X in its 14 year history on the 400 yard target with her custom gun for a target score of 49-4X.
