2015 Fclass Nationals Lodging

Hotels are a little pricey for the amount of time that will be spent in them. And after a recent pay cut I'm forced to share a room or rough it out in the bed of the truck and shower at Ben Avery.

I am Looking for anyone that would like to split the cost of a hotel room near Anthem or Deer Valley area. Or if you already have several staying in a room I do not mind a sleeping bag and the floor! My main concern is a roof over my head and a place to shower.

I will only be participating in the Long range event from 28 OCT - 31 OCT.

PM me with any info.

Thanks.

For what it is worth,

Larwrence is a great guy and hell of a shooter. He is boarder patrol out of Yuma and has my recommendation.

Ben Avery has really clean bathrooms and showers at the campground. Think I was only one of 2 tent camping there at the Nationals last year. Had a great time ,nice drifting of to sleep watching the wind flags :D

Try AirBnB. One guy I know just got a room for $36/day
I'm that guy. And there's a nice room on there now for $45 about 15 minutes from the Range.

Give it a try?

I got one some time ago for 60/night for my wife and I and it has a private pool in the backyard. I'm guessing the wife will be staying there and not with me at the range. lol

How do AirBnB "hosts" take to shooters in their homes? Guns, reloading equipment, etc. Do you usually have to keep everything in your vehicle? Just curious because I am considering one of these for a hunt out west later this fall but have not started looking. Their calendar only goes out to the end of October.

I've always told the hosts why I'm there. None have had a problem, but I only rent out whole houses/apartments or rooms/mother in law suites if they have a separate entrance from the main house. I load ammo at home and clean in the driveway off the back of my van or in the back patio. I'm actually staying at the same place I did last year, my wife really likes the pool and hot tub and it's admittedly very nice after a long day of shooting.

If it's the one on North 20th Ave. across the interstate from Ben Avery, you'll like it ;D My wife and I stayed there for Berger SWN this past February.
