places to stay or the web link of the event itself?
I have not been successful in navigating the Ben Avery website.
Thanks
Trevor
You are right, the dates on the program are one week earlier than Oct28-Nov02.Busdriver said:I'm confused on dates too. The heading of the program says Oct 28-Nov 2, but the body of the program shows all of the matches happening before that...

Seb the weather is mid 80s in the day and down to 60 at night. That is just a long range average forecast. Beautiful weather.

Matthew Schwartzkopf said:Ok the new and updated F-Class Nationals program should be going up on the Desert Sharpshooters website in the next few days.
The NRA Long Range Regional that is taking place the weekend prior to the nationals, October 25 thru the 27, will have a round count of 140 rounds for record, or at least that is what Mid informed me it would be. October 24 will be a practice. Saturday, October 25 will consist of 2x20 shot strings at 1000. Sunday, October 26 will consist of 3x20 shot strings at 1000. Monday, October 27 will be the team match. The team match will consist of each firing member shooting 2x20 shot strings at 1000.
As for lodging the best list of lodging near the range is actually on the Winter Range website. which can be found here http://winterrange.com/lodging.html
FYI... Winter Range is the National Championships of Single Action Shooting (aka Cowboy Action Shooting), which is held every year at the Ben Avery Shooting Facility
