Hey Folks,
Here are some pics from the 2008 SCPRC. In between, timing, talking, giving COF and keeping a global perspective of the match, weather, and the group, I took a few pics. I am working on something in regards to pictures and will be loading info about the match over the next few weeks.
To be honest about it, once the scoring snafu was corrected, for the most part, this was the best match so far. I am very proud of my crew; Steve Douglass, Julian & Aaron Gifford, Jill my wife, Clynt my son and of course the miner who's name is Pat, all did a great job. To place it in perspective for you, we got together this past weekend with little communication beforehand and put on the biggest civilian tactical/precision rifle match in Southern California. I think it was a great match if I may say so, but I see more room for improvement and have new ideas for 2009.
Enjoy and glad you could participate.
Regards, Mark

Nor-Cal...........A Band of Brothers
Catching up and getting a game plan
All that crying about rear sock bags. Cold bore shot of a surveryors tripod at 108mm Clay pigeon at 225 yards.
One row of pigeons for three teams, makes for easy scoring when they break too
A view from the rear
The "Frog" making shots at the "Dirty Bird" Target from Birchwood Casey at 540 yards
