What are the neck diameter and freebore dimension?

It's a no turn neck, but that's really all I know. I ordered it from brownells stock. It's not a custom from PTG.

All 20VT reamers are not the same for no- turn. For Lapua should be min. .235 nk and bigger at the .200 line.
For most other brass a .232 nk will work.
My guess you have a .232nk

I’m using RP brass, and they are often a bit snug in my cooper. Loaded is usually around 0.230”. Can you measure the reamer at the neck?

My calipers are saying. 234"

If there's a number on the reamer you could call PTG and get a print, IF you can get somebody on the phone who will help.
