20 Vartag Turbo to 204R

How difficult would it be to rechamber from 20Vartag Turbo to .204? Seems like it would be possible but I admit I am completely without experience in this kind of thing.
 
You would need both reamer prints available from the maker, PT&G or JGS etc. and see what the shoulder diameter is for the VT turbo. The 204 reamer would need to be same or larger in the body taper to clean up the old chamber.

Might be able to, but like tc said, check the reamer prints, shoulder vs body taper.
