20 tactical lapua brass

My understanding is that it was a one time run for Dakota. It is stamped Dakota tac 20 on the rim.Dakota made rifles in that caliber.

If you need large quantities for a PD safari...One of the members here gave me a great solution..I took about 100 sorted deprimed 223 cases..Lubed them after tumble cleaning..Ran them up into the Seating Die First, Then I used the standard redding Tac 20 sizing die..Prime, powder, load bullet & shoot...Note: some lots of 223 brass will be thin necked, those batches will need a 223 redding S type die with the proper 20 cailber + bushing to get nice neck tension..Those lots, w/ thin necks have to be kept sorted from standard brass...I had some WCC 83 gave me loose not enough neck tension trouble ...One lot of Lapua 223 I used was ex termly heavy & pressures went thru the roof...So watch your lots of brass you start with..keep good notes & that Tac 20 will shoot...Mine likes Benchmark powder & 39 Gr Sierra BK bullets ...mike in ct
