20 tac Lapua cases back to 223 case.

Would like to fire form .20 Tac cases back to .223.
What is good powder and load to reform these these cases?
By load I mean without bullets.

You will have a big headspace problem... the shoulder on the 20 Tac is shorter than on the 223, so Cream of Wheat will not work well.

Why not sell them and buy new 223 cases?
