20 moa ?

just got my new action and it came with rings and bases, how can i tell if they are 20 moa? it is a stiller with davidson style bases.

What make is the action and rings?
Usually the rear portion of the base,s) is like .100,+/-)
higher,thicker) than the front. Or, you may have rings that have to be mounted a certain way, or rings like Burris Signature
that have +/- inserts. All depends ??.

The receiver ring,front) and bridge,rear) on the Stiller actions that I'm familiar with are the same diameter and take identical f&r scope bases. If those bases have equal heights they are 0 MOA.
