Of the major barrel makers, who makes the best 20 caliber 9 twist varmint barrels?

I am not going to get into who makes "the best" but I have shot many outstanding barrels from Pac Nor (3 groove), Krieger, Bartlein and also Hart. I will not say any one is necessarily better than the other, they are all premium barrels, and we have built up a lot of 20 cal varmint uppers (mostly 20 Practical and 20 Tactical) and the test fire groups typically shot were great with any of them.
