20 cal twist

Hi guys I was wondering what would be the best alround twist for the 20 practical ? In australia it's hard to find a gunsmith to do 20 cal work. I found one but he only has 10 twist barrels would this shoot bullets from 32gr to 40 gr ?
I'm going to build this on a SAKO .17 remington action so I just want to get it right befor I start ?:confused::confused:
