20 Beggs load data

I have finally taken time to get out a few of my custom builds and start shooting again. It has been 12 years since I have taken time to set up my reloading benches. I have moved 6 times in those 12 years, so you can imagine how much of my equipment and reloading data has come up missing.
Does anyone have load data for 32 & 40 grain bullets in the 20 Beggs?

This is my 20 Beggs even though it is labeled 20 PPC. I bought it approximately 11 years ago on 6mmBR

My rifle likes H4198-22.5 Grain with 39 Sierras,also Lt-32-24.6 Grains with 35 Bergers. I never tried 32's
