At what range in yards were these p-dogs taken? I’m trying to compare the damage to the prairie dogs if they were taken at the same distance.

I shoot my 20 AH to 400 yds and beyond all the time. 32vmax @ 3450fps. Asboultly one of my favorite rifles.
most of my shots are within 300. But it is capable of going much further.

My favorite varmint rifle, have shot out to 250 yards with no hitches, gh's fox, coyotes, never lost one,when things go north of 250 there's the 204.

One of my rifles is a 17 H H (Ruger #1), the longest measured kill is 255 yds. The first gopher took 3 shots, the second only 1 shot. I don't know or remember the wind. I think I've killed some at a greater distance. I also shoot a lot of 17HMR, I've made good solid hits at over 225 yds. I don't remember shooting anything bigger than gophers with a 17, when the wind comes up I reach for a 222 R, 40X.
