.20-223AI Fire Forming load???

I need some starting guidance on a fire forming load for the .20-223AI.

Bat SV 28" Bartlein 1 in 11 twist.

Any normal 20 Prac or 20 Tac load will fireform fine. Generally faster burn rate powders give the best forming and cost a little less (due to smaller charge weight).
