2 DAY- GSM 300 YARD SLOW FIRE PRONE MATCH, HENRY CO, TN. OCT. 7,8

This is a brand new "GSM style" format and is designed to encourage owners of these historic firearms to come out and enjoy two days of shooting in a relaxed atmosphere. All matches are shot at 300 yards, slow fire prone, no moving equipment from one firing line to another. Canopies will provide shade on the firing line, and there will be a complimentary cookout after the match on Saturday. With match season winding down, this is a perfect opportunity to bring out the old rifles and handloads and test you and your rifle's abilities at 300 yards. This is a club / fun match, scores will not be sent to the NRA. Match program is attached, along with contact info of the Match Director.

Glad you can make it, and anyone wanting to come out and shoot these great WW-II, and older rifles is welcome. If you shoot a scoped rifle, such as an 03-A4, you are welcome to shoot, you just won't be eligible for the grand aggregate award,,,which, knowing the match director, will probably be the left over hamburger patty that nobody ate.

Guys, This is going to be a great way to finish off the shooting year. Get those old rifles out of the closet and come out and have some fun. Almost everyone I know has some type of vintage military rifle in their collection.
