1st Gen Annealeez Manual???

Anyone have a phone number for this company? i bought this machine this week and the top wheel is so loose that it wont stay on the spline below. Im not sure if its missing parts that hold the motor to the mounting bracket.Any got access to manual or could post some pics of how the 1st gen motor is held in place.Thanks

Not sure what generation mine is, but I've had it for what, 8 or 9 years?

The wheel is held onto the shaft with a nut and washer - pretty simple, so I'm guessing that's not your problem.

Is the shaft loose in the housing with the wheel removed?

Don't think I've ever looked at how that mounts, but I can check when I get home tonight, if there are no other posts (that assumes it's visible - I'm not pulling things apart to see.)

I’m pretty sure mine is a 1st generation. Here’s some photos. The only documentation with it is in one of the photos.

I did a quick check on Youtube and there are videos there on the set up and use of a gen 1. When I got my gen 2 all I got was a paper like you have and links Youtube.
