195s- how much lower than 180g Hybrid load to start?

I have great loads in my .284 Win with 180g Hybrids with both H4831SC and H4350. I bought some 195g Hybrid Elite Hunters to try in the same barrel and wanted to get some input into where to start with my load workup.

I was thinking 3 grains lower than my 180g Hybrid loads.

What are you guys going to do regarding starting loads work up?
