1911 gunsmith for sight install?

I have a Kimber 1911 KHX "optics ready"- only there appears to be no plate available for using my new Leupold DeltaPoint Pro - red dot optic?

Looks like I need to purchase a blank plate (for Leupold sight) from EGW and have it milled/ fitted to my slide.

Any suggestions for (1911) smiths?

any info appreciated!
