185gr Nosler RDF vs Hornady ELD-M 180gr

Hi folks,

Anyone have any thoughts on running the 7mm Nosler 185gr RDF out to 1,200 and maybe a little further?

Have had decent results out of the 180gr ELD-Ms but been offered the RDFs at a decent price.

Rifle is a 26" barrel, 1 : 8.2" twist 7x64 (think a slightly punchier 280 Rem) and powder RS70 (Think Reloader 22/23 is a rough equivalent)

The 180gr ELDM's are prone to blowing up so not for serious shooting..

Thanks No i deer. I have ordered the RDFs so hopefully time to tune them up for July.
