This is to the person that posted the Wikipedia info re Jacklyn H. Lucas, a 17-year old Marine decorated for bravery at Iwo Jima in WWII in a former blog. When I reported in to Company A, 1st Airborne Battle Group, 1/187th Infantry, 82d Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, as a rifle platoon leader in the Fall of 1962; 1LT Jack Lucas was the Company Executive Officer. One and the same...done gone Army, what a guy.
