17 Remington neck diameter

I'm wanting to set back a 17 Remington barrel and rechamber.The reamer I was looking at shows a .196 neck however the the chamber print I looked at is .199. I measured a loaded round it measured .194. Would brass have to be neck turned to work w this reamer? Thanks

Is the print for that reamer? If you use that reamer with a .196nk and loaded round measures .194 youll be safe but maybe not optimal. On a 17 rem im not sure how much itll affect it.
