17 Predator: Stiller Predator action, Tubb firing pin and spring, Lilja 1-9", with .196 neck. Timney or Canjar trigger don't remember which.
Iray bolt thermal 340. 30 gr. Golds or Bergers. Can get 4100 fps. but its backed down to 4000 fps.
204 brass with shoulder pushed back to 223 spec.s which gives me a longer neck to work with over the 223-parent case. By going with 204 I have .020 to work with on trim length plus a .020 for safety buffer.
Only use BR. primers and N-540 or ramshot big-game. I only take body shots as head shots is a low percentage shot. Put bullet in rib, shoulder or frontal chest shot they don't leave.
Gunsmith work done by SGR rifles.

Second rifle is a Rem. 700 blue printed action, work done by SGR rifles as well. Chambered in 22-250 ackley.
Rifle was barreled to new Ackley with Brux barrel 1:14 twist By Apex rifles. Tub firing pin and spring, Canjar or jewell trigger. Suppressor is a Huxwx flow-through 5 1/2". Upgraded to box mag. for smoother chambering and ease in loading and unloading. Guide 640 thermal with laser rangefinder and ballistic app. just put all dope in scope and it takes care of all the work for longer shots.
52 gr. ELD does all the wet work and easy on hides with Vel. of 3950 but can go much higher but settled with 3950 for now. Powders: H-380/N-540/ big-game/varget work very well.
I have some 62 gr. ELD's I plan to try in it or just wait till my new 22-250 imp. shows up and use them in that. farthest kill was with original ackley barrel on Red fox at 767 yards. Coyotes 500 yards or less so far.

This rifle is set up for runners and why I went with higher comb for shooting in standing position. The stock has a real nice feel to it and length was custom made for my body structure and just a sweet rifle to follow through with when taking a shot at a runner.
