looking for some loading data on the 17 fb has anyone used win 748 in the 17 fb thanks alot

The best powder I have found so far is the H4198. I use 16.2gr. with a 20 gr. bullet and 15.5 for a 25gr. bullet

Know this is an older post but just got a 17 furball and found lots of 17 and 20 loads here and links to lots more.

Try RE10x. I used to use H4198 with good results but 10x gives more velocity and better accuracy in my 17MachIV with 30gr bullets.

18 grains RL 10X with CCI450 primer 3630 fps. with Woodchuck Den 30 grain Gold bullet in M700 w/22" barrel. Shoots in the .2's Start at about 17.4 grains and go up .1 grain at time in this small case. Woodchuckden.com for all things small caliber.
