.17 core-lokt

Does anyone have info on the 25 gr. Core-lokt HP. I found some for $20 box. Don't know anything about these. Im putting together a 17-223 on a sako action.

Generally they're not as explosive as the V-Max. Some rifles really like the Remington bullets.

years ago people really liked
them for fur bullets,they are copper coated.Havent been made for quite some time.The supply is gotta be dwindling down.

I should be good he had 600 an I got all he had. I bought a 17-223 barreled action project gun. I checked the twist an it's 1x11 I hope the will work may gave to go with the 20 gr vmax

don't know anything about it other than 1966 sako 461 an old fajen stock

I'd measure the length of the bullets you've got and start with the shortest ones. The 25gr Hornady HP bullets are shorter than the 20vmax.

I'm more of a classic stype of stock maker. I'll going to try to make it more to my liking an style. Will post piCS along the,way

Got some time to work on the inletting an to start shaping the butt to a more classic shape. I put a scope on temperarially to see how the comb height was
