17 CF barrel quality

Is anyone shooting A Green mountain 17 CF.

I shot a GM barrel on a 45 cal BP rifle while waiting 2 yrs for NY custom barrel maker to deliver. Was hesitant to take it off when new barrel arrived , it was shooting fine.

I have numerous GM 17 barrels. Mostly on AR builds, or walking rifles. They shoot better than I can hold off shooting sticks, I use premium barrels for my bench/PD rifles, for ease of cleaning, but I've had good luck with GM 17's.

Thanks for the response. How close are the GM to a bench? I want .300 (or less) 5 shot groups at 100 yds. How close can GM come?

Two 20 caliber GM barrels, one long and the other at 17" for a pistol build. Both produce 5 shot groups that can be covered with a dime.
Two 17 caliber barrels in the works that will probably do the same. Delivered in about a weeks time. All are shot off the bench. And, the price is right. 8)
