17 Cal Woodchuck Den 25gr Bullets??

I have a 17 Rem with a 9 twist sporter weight factory barrel. I have been pondering trying or buying some of these in 25gr bt for woodchuck hunting. Any input on them? Good, bad, so-so?

I have used 25s in my MachIV for pds and they were great, very accurate and devastating on pds. I now use 30Golds in one of my coyote rifles and they work great on coyotes and pds. Todd makes real good bullets that you should be happy with. Good luck with them. I run the 30s @ 3850 and the BC is .271 so I think they might do you better than 25s but the 25s should also work well for you.

Don't buy them. I tried them in my CZ 1:9 and could not get decent groups. Don't think they have enough bearing surface to spin-up correctly.

The 25grain Nagels and Bergers work flawlessly and group excellent.

Nagel's being the best I've used so far!!
